RETURN / REFUNDS
Please note we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Size or color exchanges are not offered. Please check your item selection carefully before placing an order. All sales final, no returns or exchanges. Applies to International and Domestic Orders
CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be modified, they can only be cancelled if there are critical errors in your order. If there is such critical error, you may cancel an order by sending a request to support@zeroheroes.us or using the contact page. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started or shipped. Therefore, we only allow 4 hours after order is made to request cancellation, you must submit a request in that time frame. We reserve the right to cancel any order at anytime providing you a full refund.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product is received. Please send a photo of the damaged goods along with your claim to support@zeroheroes.us
Once the claim is accepted we will send a return shipping label for return of the defective unit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, you will be notified by email and your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide the wrong address or an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
LOST RETURNS
If the package is not returned to our facility then we will not process a refund.
SHIPMENT LOST IN TRANSIT
We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our warehouse.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check with your local post office to try locating the lost order. Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and won't reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund within 3-5 business days after the return is processed: First check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact support@zeroheroes.us
