SHIPPING & HANDLING
You will receive an email from support@zeroheroes.us when your order has been confirmed. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for shipping and delivery. Jewelry takes 3-6 weeks for processing and shipping. Delivery ranges on service selected.
If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks after allotted time frame, please notify support@zeroheroes.us or use the contact page.
US orders: Please contact USPS support over the phone at 1(800) 275-8777 for information regarding shipping
Any orders exceeding 3 items must use USPS, UPS, or DHL shipping services to ship directly. We will not ship to Freight companies that will then ship to you. Your order will cancelled and you will be refunded.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All items including Jewelry takes 3-6 weeks for processing and shipping. Delivery ranges on service selected, allow up to 7-21 days for shipping and delivery.
Due to customs, there can be unforeseen delays. We advise you purchase Priority Shipping or DHL to keep track of your product. This service will give you detailed shipping info and shipping insurance. Economy shipping does not, but will be a more affordable option.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Zero Heroes® is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
